Does any body know if there is a socket A motherboard with integrated
sound and graphics (with onboard DVI out connector, for digital
flatscreens), currently available in the uk? Mail order, telephone

Many thanks

The only boards that I am coming across with DVI actually on the
motherboard are Intel, sorry.

I have found some Socket A (AMD) boards that have the integrated
graphics on board, but, require a small DVO interface card in the AGP
slot (available from the motherboard manufacturer) to provide the DVI
port. In essence, the graphics are being handled by the integrated
chip set on the motherboard, but, you need this "bridge" card to
provide you a place to plug-in.

It seems like things are moving in this direction, though. Perhaps
you are slightly ahead of the curve.

If you have found a board with this feature, but, you are having
trouble finding a UK supplier, additional research could be attempted.
But, I have not found a socket A board with the desired feature.
