America," Deborah Nadoolman Landis, and the fact that she is the
current president of the Costume Designers Guild.  I have sent an
email (and made a phone call - message machine answered) to the guild
regarding your query.  My query email reads as follows:

"Greetings:

I am seeking confirmation that Deborah Nadoolman Landis created the
wedding dress worn by Shari Headley in the film "Coming To America." 
Also, is it possible to obtain a photo copy of Ms. Headley wearing the
dress?

with the following information:

Regarding the photos, Ms. Landis related that one is available in her
book:

"A good portrait of Shari Headley in the wedding dress is featured in
my new book: Screencraft:Costume Design, Focal Press, 2003 - and its
available through Amazon."
 
She also suggested asking for it from the local library or contacting
Hollywood Boulevard, through bookstores like Larry Edmonds Books, or
Collectors Bookstore, for publicity photos.

She said the dress was owned by the producing studio so you would need
to contact them for the purchase of it and she suggested I visit the
Internet Movie Database at http://www.imdb.com to locate the producers
of the film.  The company credits are listed at
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094898/companycredits and name Paramount
Pictures as the main producer.  The contact info for Paramount is:
