Different countries (and sometimes also states) have different
adoption laws. Is your question specific to a certain country/region?

I wanted to know if there is a list of adopted children who are
looking for their birth parents. Specifically, a boy born in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida on February 20, 1968. I do no want to institute a
search; I simply want to know if there is a list of such kids
(adults?). Thanks.
