I have a couple of suggestions to offer:  1) You can place an ad in a
local paper then interview & check the references of those who respond
or 2) you can try finding local caregiving agencies, hospices or the
like in the phone book.  IMPORTANT:  You should call health services
agencies in your area regardless of what you decide to do, just to get
professional guidance on how to choose a good caregiver.  Your family
doctor may also have information on caregivers and/or caregiving
agencies.  You can start by checking out the care providers in the
following link, but be sure to call your doctor:
