I receive an Error message.How do I get rid of the problem?

Msn6
Msn6 has caused an error in Kernel 32.DLL
Msn6 will now close
If you continue to experience prblems try restarting your computer
Have restarted about 20 times,can operate for a while,then message comes back.
Need detailed info on correcting this problem

Please tell us what operating system/version of Windows you are using.
 This will help a researcher better answer your question.

Meanwhile, many kernel32.dll errors are caused by software conflicts
rather than damaged Windows files. These conflicts can be caused by
spy and adwares that are present without  your knowledge.
You may want to run a spyware check/removal program like Spybot and
see if it helps. Available for download at

I would recommand you update to the latest software that is available.
