First of all i would like to say taht i have very bad spelling so
sometimes i might sound weird.

I have bad dandruff if i dont use any kind of shampoo for 2 days, but
i have found T-Gel shampoo

witch is the best thing ever, in 4 days dandruff goes away. My problem
is that i am not sure if its safe to use it everyday i have very thick
straight hair (if this helps, wheni use it sometmime 2 times a day and
mostly once. Is it ok to use it everyday or will i have to use it
difrently.

Neutrogena (the company that makes this shampoo) states the following
on the product details page:

"How to use: Wet hair thoroughly. Massage shampoo into scalp. Lather,
leaving on hair and scalp for several minutes. Rinse and repeat. For
best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor."

An importer of Neutrogena products also has additional information
regarding the maximum number of times that this shampoo can be used:

"How to Use:

1 - Do not use more than four times a week.
2 - Massage into wet hair and scalp. Leave lather on for several
minutes, and then rinse thoroughly."

Note that this applies for both Neutrogena T/Gel Shampoo as well as
Neutrogena T/Gel Extra Strength Shampoo.

So to summarize the results founds above, the acceptable range of use
for Neutrogena's T/Gel Shampoo is between 2 and 4 times per week. Due
to the nature of the active ingredient in this product (Neutar
Solubilized Coal – Tar extract), it would not be safe to use this
product daily as you stated in your question.

Ok thanks for telling me :) i will stop useing it every day. Does it
ok if i use any other brand of shampoo for like 5 days a week and i
use the t-gel 2 times a week?

Hello again,

I would not use another shampoo while using the T-Gel - the reason for
this is that there is an active chemical in this product, so it could
be harmful if you mix that with another shampoo. Just use the T-Gel
between 2 and 4 times a week and nothing else in between :)
