In 1744, Elisha Williams wrote a 66-page pamphlet called The Essential
Rights and Liberties of Protestants. Need a copy of the full text. I
can borrow it in book form from an out-of-state library @ $15-20. Am
wondering whether it may exist in cyberspace for $2.
