It may interest you that the current "Amtsvorsteher" of Penkun is someone with the name of Stegemann: http://www.penkun-info.de/Amt.html He might be able to help. A map showing the region around Penkun: http://www.ruegenwalde.com/pommern/karten/ueckermuende.htm However, this map is from approx. 1939, but should mention the locations where your ancestors where living. Is Penkun Pommern in Germany? Please mention what Wilhelm's wife's name is and the names of the other children he had and their birthdates if you know them. Also mention Albert's wife's name and his children's names and birthdates if you know them.
