I want to move my company offshore to St. Lucia or Dominica. I have a
million questions about what I can do or can’t do… and to find out
which place is better for me. I’m looking for somebody to find me a
couple of people I can contact (either paid or friendly chat) that I
can discuss my questions. I’m not looking for an incorporation service
– as I believe they will only tell me what I want to hear. I think I’m
looking for a CPA or Lawyer who deals with this regularly – or even a
business person who has made this decision already.

BTW... I've recently been turned off to Dominica, but have an interest
in St. Lucia. I've already spoken to a gentleman in Bayshore, NY from
St. Lucia who handles marketing of IT companies for the island's
government.

TO ALL: 

I am interested in both St. Lucia and Dominica... I flip flop, but
will accept an answer leading to somebody with experience in either
country.

I haven't received too much interest in this question... is it too
hard? Is it not priced right? Is it too risky to answer? (please post
to a comment if you can offer me help in asking the question)
