I found a posting from a Galindo family member on GENFORUM who
mentions the same photo you are referring to, which, as it turns out,
is quite famous. In the post, it is said that the pictures also depict
the infamous Emiliano Zapata at the meeting in which the “first Chief”
was discussed. This made finding them much easier, so I searched and
found copies of the famous pictures.

Here are the most famous photos of Pancho Villa and Emiliano Zapata
together obtained directly from his widow Luz Corral, at the Villa
home in Chihuahua, known as the "Quinta Luz". In them you will see
that he is surrounded by his most trusted men.
