The Slim Gaillard/Slam Stewart version of "Bei Mir Mist du Schoen" is
currently in print as part of a 2002 CD compilation called "Elevator
Papa, Switchboard Mama: The Best of Jive D." That compilation is a
Japanese import on the P-Vine label. It was released in October 2002
and has the catalogue number 5871.
The CD is available from several on-line retailers. Here are links to
their ordering pages:

Additional links and information:
"Bei Mir Bist du Schoen" was included on an LP reissue on the Tax
label of 1938-41 78 rpm recordings, titled "Slim & Slam, Vol. 1."
The track was first issued on CD in a 1996 compilation on the Giants
of Jazz label titled "Slim & Slam." The 1996 CD is apparently out of
print.

Search strategy:
I conducted various searches at the All Music Guide website, initially
focusing on the list of artists who had recorded "Bei Mir Bist du
Schon" (including variant spellings). Here is the search result page
for that spelling of the song's name:
All Music Guide: Bei Mir Bist du Schon
http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll
Most of the results referred to the song with that spelling, and this
led to the "Slim & Slam" recordings referenced above.
When I checked the variant spellings, I discovered the in-print
imported compilation in the listing of 11 recordings with "Schoen"
replacing "Schon" as the last word in the title.
Finally, I checked various online record sellers to see which, if any,
of the two CD compilations containing the song in question were in
print and in stock, and I discovered that the 2002 compilation
contains the only version that is
currently available.
I also performed the following Google search to make sure that my
information was complete:
"slim gaillard" "mir bist"
I am confident that this is the information you are seeking. With the
choice of sellers that are available, I expect that you will be able
to obtain a copy quickly and easily. If any of the above information
is unclear, please ask for clarification before rating this answer.
