Please could you provide me with an approximate figure for monthly
searches across the google network for the keyword 'anonymous email'.

Well, according to google adwords, an ad for "anonymous email" will
get up to 73 clicks/day.  Assuming a CTR of 1%, this works out to
73*100*30= 220,000 impressions/month.

That's for google only, not search or content partners.
