I know this doesn't help, but you can call some Canadian (and U.S.) toll-free numbers from parts of Europe by dialing 001 followed by the area code and the number. Such calls aren't toll-free, however. |

If you actually dile 1-800-collect and then the number that you want either in the U.S. or in Canada it will be free. You can even call from a pay phone without putting in a quarter. |
