a message "windows cannot open your file tftp1332" appears on my
desktop. google cannot find this. filext cannot find it. I have no
idea what this refers to. Can you help me get rid of it?

I assume you have tried rebooting your machine? If so, what version of
Windows are you running? Does this message occur when the machine
first boots up, or during the execution of a particular program?

In general, TFTP is a type of internet service. So it sounds like you
might have had a program trying to execute a TFTP transfer and the
service hung, holding a temporary file that now can't be found.
