Hi fluf:

Are you interested in NCAA titles in a specific sport (e.g.,
basketball, football, etc.) or in ALL sports?

Thanks.

Hello fluf-ga,

The NCAA has a helpful web page entitled:

"How many NCAA Division I championships has your school won?"
The National Collegiate Athletic Association
http://www.ncaa.com/champadmin/champs_listing1.html

If you select each of these schools at the top right of the page
(under "Oregon" and "Georgia"), you will find the following
statistics:

Oregon

Total NCAA Team Championships: 13
  men's championships: 10
  women's championships: 3
  coed championships: 0

Breakdown by Sport:
  men's basketball: 1
  men's cross county: 4
  women's cross country: 2
  men's outdoor track & field: 5
  women's outdoor track & field: 1

Georgia

Total NCAA Team Championships: 18
  men's championships: 6
  women's championships: 12
  coed championships: 0

Breakdown by Sport:
  men's baseball: 1
  men's golf: 1
  women's golf: 2
  women's gymnastics: 5
  women's swimming & diving: 3
  men's tennis: 4
  women's tennis: 2

[Incidentally, I also checked the NCAA's more general page, "How many
NCAA championships has your school won?" (
http://www.ncaa.com/champadmin/champs_listing.html ). It does not
appear that Oregon or Georgia ever won any Division II or III
championships; presumably they were never in those divisions.]

This should answer your question. If not, please let me know, and I'd
be happy to do additional research.

Search strategy:

Browsed NCAA web site ( http://www.ncaa.com/ ) under "Sports &
Championships" ( http://www.ncaa.com/sportsfrontF.html )

Clicked on one of the sports on the "Sports & Championships" page, and
found a link to the relevant web pages.
