I'm trying to find information on which professional sports teams sell
out the most games. Specifically, Major League Baseball, National
Basketball Assocation, and National Hockey League teams. Minimal marks
for a list of teams that sold out more than half of their home games.
Maximum marks for a breakdown of how many games each team sold out.
Maximum marks plus a tip for detailed information including which
games sold out (ie. the Yankees sold out all games against the Red
Sox, but none against the Rangers). Much bigger tip for a breakdown of
the percentage of season tickets vs. individual-game tickets.

Either Academic or commercial sources are acceptable, but all data
must be verifiable from a third-party source.
