By adult community, do you mean 55+ or just no children allowed?

Hi boobaleh,

There are various adult communities in New Jersey. There are ones
for 55+, and there are ones for young adults. You can find the Homes
on Parade group for 55+ at
http://www.homesonparade.com/activeadultcommunities.htm.

Then, you have the Northern New Jersey Young Adult League
(http://hometown.aol.com/NJYAL/) They ask for a donation of $10 for
membership, which is very reasonable.

Besides that, you have homes for the senior citizens. Depending on
which area you are in New Jersey (Central, North or South), a number
of such homes are available. The following links give a comprehensive
list of NJ adult communties and assisted living :
Central NJ : http://www.princetonrealestate.net/centralnj.html
Northern NJ: http://www.princetonrealestate.net/nwnj.html
Southern NJ: http://www.princetonrealestate.net/snj.html

   For the active adults,
http://www.dianeturton.com/njlifestyleprops.html lists half a dozen
communities. You can also contact them by calling 732-657-5977

I guess I've covered all aspects. Please feel free to ask for a
clarification (if any). If you're satisfied, so am I :-)

Have a good day.

Cheers,
aditya2k
