Perhaps you are thinking of this one from Esquire magazine:

no - the one from esquire magazine is not it - this was a for-real
photo of the young arnold in austria in hitler youth regalia - let us
not forget that his father was actually a storm trooper - not a
"police officer" as is being reported on CNN. thanks anyway.

Hmmmm...

I didn't look for it (so such a thing, also by graphic manipulation,
might exist), but I doubt it. Dates:

Arnold was born in 1947. By then, the Hitlerjugend were illegal in
Austria, as well as the demonstration in public of any Nazi symbols.

I saw the photo and it definitely exists - it was published in a
magazine which was generally available to the public - I saw it and it
exists. it was hitler youth, and he was wearing the uniform.

If such a photo exists, and if it is genuine, surely Gray Davis would
have pointed it out to the media by now.

From what I understand the church had all copies destroyed because of
all the nuns in the background, obviously not good for their image.

There is a photo of Arnold's father in a Nazi uniform. Here is a

Here is a photo of arnold making a right armed nazi salute:

Look at his arm and hand position. There is no mistaking it. Heil arnold.
