Hi jashnimal,
I've searched through all the titles and lyrics of Volume 21 of "Now
That's What I Call Music" and there is no song about Spain. However,
while searching through various other volumes, I found one which I
believe is the one you are seeking.
Please read these few lines and see if they are look familiar.

"Barcelona - It was the first time that we met
Barcelona - How can I forget
The moment that you stepped into the room you took my breath away
Barcelona - La musica vibro"

Let me know what you think. Thanks.
Regards,
rainbow~

Could it be "Spanish Guitar," sung by Toni Braxton?
