Dear Shibli,

You asked a very interesting question.

However, it is possible that the reason why it hasn't been answered by
any Researcher, including myself, is the price you set, and your
demands. You demanded that a Researcher would provide you with 10
references (which means the researcher has to read all these
references, apart from answering your question).

However, you're are currently willing to pay only $10 ($7.5 of which
would have been the Researcher's fees), which means that you're
demanding that a Researcher would read 10 academic/governmental
documents, for $0.75 each. If you're still interested in getting this
question answered, I recommend that you'll read the Google Answers
pricing guide <http://answers.google.com/answers/pricing.html> and
post this question again (as it is about to expire), with an amended
price.
