Of the top largest (most traffic) airports in North America, what is
the average ticket price associated (coming into or leaving) that
airport?  Stated another way - rank the airports from lowest cost to
highest cost for the average traveler.

For background: I am considering starting a business where 90% of my
clients will fly in to attend my service.  I'd like to know which
airports would be cheapest, on average, for them to fly into.

#1: Orlando $148.50
#2: Las Vegas $151.20
#3: New York $155.30

#50: Charlotte, NC $459.60

I don't really care how math is calculated as long as it is consistent
between all airports (e.g. 1st leg only or entire trip, etc).

** To avoid increasing the average price of cities with lots of int'l
flights (e.g. SFO > Hong Kong may make SFO look expensive on average),
I'd prefer to have only domestic flight costs considered.
