cloth & vinyl pouches and if they could do under 1000. I mentioned
that you would supply the material & vinyl and the pattern.

minimums are relative to cost and that normally the more they do the
less it costs and at some point it will level off depending on what
type of product and sewing it requires. He added that if you have a
sample he could price it out from that. A detailed drawing would work
