A Supreme Court Justice commenting on the R.I.C.O. laws (Racketeer
Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) said, approximately, "No
level or strata of society is free of corruption, which can rise even
to the Supreme Court." What was the exact quote, and which Justice
said it? I had read it in an edition of West's Business Law 5-10 years
ago.
