Im looking for the name of the singer and the name of the song. 
details are:
 - the song won the mtv asian top 100 for the year 1993, or 1994 or
1992 (I dont remember the exact year)
 - the song is in chinese or similar asian language
 - the singer is a male, young guy, clean shaven.
 - the singer is NOT part of a boy-band, but sings alone
 - the song is a sweet melodious love song. starts with something like
'wakha ni wa yeh...'
 - the video of this song shows a painful breakup between a boyfriend
and his girl (thats what i inferred, although i dont understand the
lyrics)
