I  want to know that  investment banks are  "genuine"  financial 
institutions  so that I  shall  be able  to 'apply' to the  investment
 bank  for  real  estate  loan?  For  example  Merill  Lynch 
investment  bank  or  www.ml.com

Hello  Politicalguru-ga  and  thanks  for  your  clarification 
request  and  please  note  that  by  'genuine'  I  mean  that 
investment  banks  can  pay  for  'all'  of  the  property  loan 
costs  for  investment?
