Microsoft Encarta 2000. You will need a credit card to purchase the
item.

Your original question does not mention that you need "Microsoft 
Encarta  2000-Interactive   World  Atlas". So I was able to answer
your question fully and comprehensively. However; I still tried to
look for the product in your request for clarification.

Unfortunately I was not able to find the product you mentioned in your
clarification. The MS Encarta 2000 Deluxe Edition has this as well but
I cannot find a copy since it is an outdated version. I am really
sorry.

It would be better to post your clarification as a separate question
so other researchers may take a crack at it.
