Where can I find in the internet Hebrew dubbing for children movies?

Since dubbing is copyrighted, I doubt it if you find a place selling
the dubbing for free.

Many DVD sold to children have Hebrew translation/dubbing (naturally,
almost all those that you buy from Israeli stores). You might also
address the studios, if for some peculiar reason, you need dubbing
without the film itself.

My intention is to find a site where can I can download the Hebrew
audio file, exactly the same way where I can download subtitles in
hebrew, in specific sites, and actually the full movie, via Kazza etc.
