Can you help me find law cases (citations) in which 'home health-care aides' are brought up on criminal charges? Exact charge,(multiple):Second-degree grand larceny, Second-degree forgery, Second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. I am looking for cases (citations) that match the above charges as closely as possible, in regards to 'actual cases' of 'home health-care aides' being charged. Key "random phrases": Senile Dementia, Scam or Scammed. | |

I cannot speak for all Researchers, but I spent more than an hour on your question, and did not come up with anything resembling a "repository" of cases in which home health-care aides have faced criminal charges. It is possible that the reason your question is unanswered is that other Researchers were likewise unable to locate anything that would meet your needs. |
