I want to put voice and maybe video on my web site so a customer can
listen rather than read. What is the best way to do this for fast the
fastest load time. Straming? Flash? What?

How much audio (in terms of time) are you talking about?  The answer
could depend on (for example) whether you need to provide 5 seconds or
5 minutes of audio.  Also, do you need full video, or would something
like a slide show or animation work? And how high of a resolution of
video do you need?  Thanks.

About 3 minutes of audio and video but I'll settle for audio
