I own a Xerox 450cp Workstation.  It will print but not copy. Message
appear "printer not available" - even though it is set to "print &
Fax" or "printer only" mode. The troubleshooting guide suggest that -
"Make sure the print job is not held in the Spool Manager queue. Open
the Spool Manager, select the document, and click Hold in the document
menu." How do I access Spool manager to attemtp resolution?  Do you
have a solution so that I can copy.

To access the print spool under windows. (Please advise if you are
running a different OS)

Start -> Printers and Faxes -> double click the printer you want
Or
Start -> Control panel -> Printers and Faxes -> double click the
printer you want

Or
When there is something in the spool, a small icon will appear on the
icon bar on the bottom of the screen. Double click on the icon of a
printer and it will bring up the print spool.
