I would like to get as much imformation as possible on the issue
regarding; children and the law - mediating family law issues with
children.

I would like to get an insight on the following in particular; (i)What
approaches/techniques does the mediator?

(ii) I would also like to know general information regarding the
process. For example; What characteristics are essential to the
process. More importantly is the role of the mediator different when
children are involved, perhaps I would best understand this concept if
I were given me an example of mediation between adults and then
children children in the family area
