succesfully used by fans of Mr. Sales for at least two years.  You may

autographed picture, send a cover letter and a SASE (self-addressed,
stamped envelope).  Most celebrities will not send an autographed
picture unless the request is accompanied by an SASE.

If you have a certain item you would like autographed by a celebrity,
first send a cover letter asking if you may send the item to the
celebrity by Federal Express.  This is better than regular mail or UPS
because of security issues that might arise from an unsolicited
package.
