Please have a look at the Daniel Smith Art Supply catalog at:

http://catalogs.google.com/catalogs?num=100&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&safe=off&issue=17561&catpage=52

and let me know if the Revere 4 x 6 x .064 inch zinc plates meet your
needs.

Plates, sold by Daniel Smith Art Supply, have acid-resistant back and
therefore are not what I am looking for. I am looking for non
back-coated plates.

Thank you for the feedback.

Belmont Metals out of Brooklyn, NY can more than likely make these
plates for you, however they most likely will not be pre-made.

I was already in contact with this company before asking my question
to Google Answers and you are absolutely right, they would make those
plates for me but only in huge quantities (over 250,000 plates)

I am seeking pre-made plates.

Thank you for your comment.

Now that we can measure parts per trillion of some contaminates we
need to define "pure zinc" Which contamints will cause the most
problems, and what level is allowable. Perhaps you ment 95% zinc is
ok? Neil

95% Zinc would be great.

Contaminants should not present a danger to human health.

Contaminants dramatically altering the physical characteristics of
zinc plates are not welcome.

Other non toxic metals such as aluminium or copper are not a problem.

Thank you.
