Do you know who the property management company is that manages the
subdivision?  They can provide you with the covenenants.  Also, if you
are looking at purchasing a home there, your real estate agent and get
you a copy.

I once had a copy that my realtor pulled up online but I am unable to
find them again. I will contact my management company.
