Sometimes when I try to click on a button the button doesn't work.
This only happens on my desktop; my laptop works OK. Both machines
connect to the Internet via a firewall.
The latest trouble is this: I signed up for Mailblocks Email and
cannot read my mail on the desktop. The laptop is OK, I can read mail
with it. Also, on the desktop, the Explorer icon assigned to
Mailblocks is fuzzy; I think it indicates a malfunction of some sort.

Hi Frank,

Have you tried reinstalling IE and/or getting the necessary/available updates?

What's your operating system and IE version?

The easiest solution is probably to get rid of IE altogether. Mozilla
or Firebird are both free, faster, and in general much more capable
browsers. Mozilla is an all in one app-like Netscape which is
essentially an older version of Mozilla. Firebird is just the browser
portion.
