Hello,

I am looking for a comprehensive list of the most commonly misspelled
words in the English language, INCLUDING the misspellings. The words
alone, in their right form, are of no use for me. I am looking for a
list of at least 1,500 general words (not business- or
technology-oriented) for spell-checking purposes.

I've found this myself, unfortunately it is not complete enough and
doesn't include some of the most commonly misspelt words, such as
"misspell":

Wikipedia, http://www.wikipedia.org/  the online encyclopedia provides
an extensive list of common misspellings.

This list of common spelling mistakes is used to correct typos
throughout Wikipedia.

The correct spelling of each word is included in parenthesis next to
the incorrect word and there are approximately 2300 words on this
list.
