This list includes some conferences that have already been held and
some outside areas of science: If you want to keep track of events in
Greece, the first two sites track events in Greece alone. Other
conferences mentioned here have links to specific conferences, which
may move from country to country:

The National Hellenic Research Foundation has a calendar of research
events on science & technology. The calendar listing includes several
dozen events in the balance of 2003 and has links for each one to the

specializes in running conferences and conventions. They have a list

The Interdynamic page is interesting because it lists the venues that
are amenable to conferences within different Greek cities, so an
exhaustive search could be conducted at each venue if you were trying
to establish the total market size. It may be necessary in many cases
to contact the property by e-mail, as I found no master schedule for
Athinais or the Aegli Conference Center, two locales in central
Athens:

This Google search strategy included searches in English, French and
Spanish to expand the range of conferences. Though the searches were
done in other languages, often pages have conference titles in
English. If not, they're still easily read and one only needs be
careful with date formats between DD-MM-YYYY and MM-DD-YYYY:

Another way to expand the list is to search for locales within Greece
that are popular for meetings. Though "Athens" + "conferences" may
return too many sites of companies that offer convention services, it
can be profitable to do:
