I am looking for an affordable (defined as < $100/hr) attorney
specializing in business contracts.  We need an attorney to create for
our company forms and whatnot for customers to fill out who want
credit with our company to purchase items.  We are a manufacturer, so
these would be business customers.
  State of Kentucky.  I'd like to see like 3 possible attorney's with
phone #'s.

Hi:
  Absolutely no restriction.  I plan to do all my business by phone,
since it will be handled by personnel from out of state.
  If there is anything mentioned about the attorney that he/she won't
do phone sessions, then they should be excluded.  Perhaps 1/4 of
attorney's hate to operate by phone (based on my personal experience).
