I need actual numbers on how many military personal(by branch)are
"deployed" worldwide by geographical region. Also, if there are
numbers broken down by gender that would be helpful.

What numbers of what army are you looking for? Is it only for the
United States Armed Forces or for other nations' Armed forces, or all
the world's?

After a great deal of research I have concluded that the most current
information is probably being withheld for obvious security reasons,
due to ongoing hostilities in various regions of the world in which US
forced are no deployed (or may be deployed in the future).
