Wow ... The Sinclair QL ... Now, there's a bit of history. I have found that (with all its faults), Access is very good at importing stuff, using its Wizard. So, you might consider: (a)exporting your Sinclair database as a text file for importing into Access (assuming that you can move that file across to your new computer.) OR (b)printing out your databse as a report, scanning the report into your new computer and importing that. I have never done this ... so I am only guessing! Regards Bryan (I have got two of the earlier Sinclairs somewhere.) |

Run a QL emulator : http://web.inter.nl.net/hcc/A.Jaw.Venema/ Get some software which enables transfer of files from the QL microdrives to your hard-drive : http://members.lycos.co.uk/geoffwicks/justwords.htm Enjoy :) |
