A couple more possibilities:

It would be very helpful if you could give a few more details
describing exactly what you prefer (particularly in regards to
location.)

Yes, that is about what I want; however, I can't afford to travel to
Europe. I live in Dallas, but something that I could fly to easily.
I took Spanish many years ago, and would like an intense weekend study
to get me going. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help.

The Penobscot School, in Maine, offers language immersion weekends
that sound enjoyable:

Penobscot's "Spanish in the Woods" program will be held September
26-28, 2003 at Tanglewood Learning Center in Lincolnville, Maine:

The pickings are slim right now, since most such programs seem to be
scheduled during the spring and early summer (probably to avoid the
scorching summer heat in many parts of the country.) I don't think
heat will be a problem with the Penobscot weekend; I've heard that
Maine is delightful at the end of September.
