What the smallest computer I can buy that runs windows and has a touchscreen?

By "smallest", I mean physical dimensions -- height, width, thickness.

Here's a few small computers for starters:
The older models of Casio Fiva (runs Win98), NEC Versalight (a TabletPC XP) . . .

Can I assume you're referring to a full version of Windows rather than
the stripped-down version that can be found in some PDAs?

How long can you wait? These two computers are scheduled to be
available by the end of the year or early next year:

Oqo (about 4 by 3 by 1 inch)
http://www.oqo.com/

Tiqit (about 6 by 4 by 1 inch)
http://www.tiqit.com/

Both of these models will run Windows XP.
