I recently upgraded my laptop from win98 to 2000. My DVD-ROM drive no
longer plays DVDs - I get a message saying I need to install a decoder
(or is it a codec?). Where can I obtain the necessary software (and
can I obtain it free of charge)? I believe the drive is a Toshiba
SD-C2302. I have received no response to e-mails to Toshiba. Thanks!
