I can think of a few ways of doing that, but an easy (but potentially time-consuming)way would be this: open the screensavers config screen Start... Settings... Control Panel... display, click 'screensaver'. You now have a window with a 'preview' button which will activate the screensaver on demand. Use it. When you see a picture you want, press the PrtScrn key. This copies a picture of the whole screen onto the clipboard. Now go to MS Word, or Paint Shop Pro, or any other package which supports it, and press Ctrl-V (paste). You can now save the picture. Repeat as required. |

Hey good deal, penfold! I've been wanting to do this too, and just tried your technique. Worked like a charm! Many thanks! |

Thanks for your answer. I found another way to do this using screen capture software. I downloaded a software from imagespro.com that can capture any rectangular area on the screen. What I did was went to screensaver preview mode and then pressed a specific key that captures the image of the rectangular area you choose and saves the image at one click. You can find lot of free download softwares that could capture the screen at http://www.imagespro.com/search.php3?q=capture+image&d=0&h=0&o=0&s=1 |
