Hello!

To get a non-profit registered in any of the 50 states in the U.S.,
which state takes the least amount of time (for completing the
registration formalities).

Also, how long does is take to register a non-profit in California,
Texas, New York, Michigan, Delaware and Nevada.

By 'register', do you mean registering an already-formed 501(c)(3)
Non-Profit corporation to do business in other states?

Or are you referring to forming a new non-profit corporation?

We wish to form a new 501(c)(3) Non-Profit corporation and have (would
be) directors from a handful of states, which prompted this question.
