What is the breakdown percentages of wagering on horse races in the
world - between on-track betting, off-track betting, online betting,
simulcast betting etc...?  We are looking to evaluate where there is
the strongest amount of people actually betting on horse races knowing
that attendances are basically down throughout the world.

Unfortunately this information does not help me at this time as the
information was from 2000.  The sport has gone through too many
transformations since then and it would be helpful if pinkfreud-ga
could look deeper in providing me more recent information.
