I raised money for a start-up company which hold a pending patent in
US successfully. The patent right of this new technology in certain
countries was the term for raising that money. Now I am wondering is
that any kind of GENERAL (for specific detail I will have my attorney
to handle it later, only a draft to start with is needed at this moment)
contract format available there stating that it is agreed that I own a
patent right of a pending patent in a certain countries EXCLUSIVELY.
