What is the best way to fight the cancellation of my 401k loan by
Prudential Financial.  I complained 4 or 5 times that I was not
getting payment statements. They told me the statements would be
coming and to wait.  I never got a statement nor a late notice.  I
only recieved a cancellation notice.  I appealed to them by phone and
fax and they denied reinstatement.  Their decision will cost me about
$12,500 in penalties.
