Are you looking for a particular article? If so, what do you know
about the article (title, author, subject, etc.)? Would a copy of
that article on the Web be sufficient?

Alternatively, would a copy of Forbes in a library be all right? If
so, in what general location do you live, so that we can find an
appropriate library?

Birkett --

Certain fee-based services, which are widely available at public
libraries, carry Forbes back at least 10 years. Researchers could
point you to those services, if you'd like.

Hello birkett7,

One might suppose that the Wake County Public Libraries or the State
Library of North Carolina would have this issue of Forbes. However,
my search of their respective catalogs (
http://wakeipac.co.wake.nc.us/ipac20/ipac.jsp?profile=lab#focus and
http://go.dcr.state.nc.us/cgi-bin/Pwebrecon.cgi?DB=local&PAGE=First )
for "forbes" does not explicitly indicate that either has this issue.
It is possible that they do, but I would recommend that you call ahead
to ask, if you are interested in checking either of these libraries.

In any event, the catalog for the North Carolina State University
Library ( http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/ ) does indicate that the D.H. Hill
Library has this issue. It appears that members of the general public
have access to the library, except during late night hours.
Information about the libraries is available at
http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/iabout.html .

If you have any problems, you can ask the reference librarian, who
should be able to assist you. If you need further assistance, please
let me know.
