regarding condo regulations in the province of Alberta,Canada can a
owner of a condo be forced to remove a window fan if it is inserted
behind the window screen?

Typically, the condo board can enforce how the 'outside' of the
building looks.. Window fans can be seen from the outside, so, they
may very well have the right.
